During these blue hour captures, the snow-covered forests of Northern Finland were bathed in a soft, twilight glow. Every tree, stood in stark contrast against the cold, fading light, while the pristine white forest floor reflected the soft blue tone.

The isolation I felt here was intense. In part, this was due to the endless forests in front of me but also the proximity of the location to the Russian border. I couldn’t help but feel a sense of remoteness to my exploration…something I will always remember,

I wandered among these eerie snow monsters for many hours in -30 conditions, As time passed the landscape was gradually enveloped in a moody Arctic blue, casting an ethereal, almost haunting glow over the area, It completely transformed the area and heightened the feeling of being alone in the vast, serene expanse of Finnish Lapland.
